Terms of Service
Nature of Services
Clinovian provides physician-authored clinical consulting services for medical-necessity disputes. Clinovian is not a law firm, not a medical practice, and does not provide legal advice, medical treatment, or binding clinical determinations. Legal strategy, filing decisions, parity enforcement, and jurisdiction-specific advice remain with the client's counsel or designated legal representative.
Clinical Consulting Scope
Clinical escalation methodology is led by an MBBS physician with payer-side utilization-management review experience. Where a U.S.-licensed clinical determination or sign-off is required, U.S.-licensed reviewer support is engaged. The scope of each engagement is defined in the engagement documentation.
De-identified Learning Rights
Engagements are structured so Clinovian may retain de-identified, non-client-identifiable learning points for internal quality improvement, pattern analysis, and methodology development. No PHI, client-confidential information, payer contract terms, or case-identifying details are reused.
Limitation of Liability
Clinovian's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. Clinovian does not guarantee appeal outcomes, arbitration results, or payer decisions.
