Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
Clinovian collects only the information necessary to evaluate case suitability and deliver clinical consulting services. Initial intake is de-identified by default. Protected health information is accepted only after a Business Associate Agreement is executed and a secure transfer workflow is established.
How We Use Information
Information is used exclusively to provide the clinical consulting services described in the engagement scope. De-identified, non-client-identifiable learning points may be retained for internal quality improvement, pattern analysis, and methodology development. No PHI, client-confidential information, payer contract terms, or case-identifying details are reused or shared.
Data Security
Clinovian uses commercially reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled. Clinical records are accessed through secure transfer channels. Cross-border processing is governed by the BAA and engagement terms.
